- When you make a reservation from this order list:
1. We check for an opening.
2. After confirming your reservation, an email will be sent to confirm the time, etc. - If you want to cancel your reservation, please do so by the day before. The KUUB working hours are 11a.m. to 8p.m. Hawaii Time. The time of your reservation will be in Hawaii Time- please be careful of the time.
- For cancellation or changes, please contact us by the day before (Hawaii time) 5 p.m. Cancellations made later will be charged 100%.
