Can two women schedule the couple together, since it is reasonably priced?

We are very sorry, but the couple course is designed for a male and female couple so two women or two men are not accepted.

I have a 6-month baby, am I able to bring him/her with me?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 in the salon.

Is there a fee for the courtesy van?

No, the courtesy van is a complimentary service and therefore free of charge.

At what time does the courtesy van arrive for pick-up?

The van will arrive 10-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We will notify you after reservations have been completed.

Will you be able to pick us up anywhere on this island?
For example, the airport.

Unfortunately, the transportation is only in the Waikiki and Ala Moana areas. Service is available for locations other than hotels as long as it is located in the Waikiki and Ala Moana vicinity.

About how many days prior should I make a reservation?

It depends on the availability of reservations. If there is an opening, we can make make appointments the day before. Please feel free to contact us for available openings.

What are your working hours?

The salon and cosmetic shop are opening from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Hawaii Time.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept cash, traveler's check, or credit cards for payment at the salon. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
Credit cards accepted are: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB, or DINER'S

Do you have parking available?

Parking space is available in the Century Center building in which we are located.

Are all the estheticians women?

Yes, they are all women.

Am I able to change treatments after arriving at the salon?

It is possible to add or change treatments depending on the number of customers scheduled.

Where is KUUB located?

KUUb is located in the Century Center building in the middle of Waikiki and Ala Moana.
